About The Position

The Benefits Client Executive at Acrisure is a key role within the Client Services Team, responsible for supporting clients through service-oriented tasks while collaborating with team members, sales personnel, and vendors. This position focuses on maintaining client relationships, delivering strategic planning and consulting services, and generating new business opportunities through cross-selling. The role requires a thorough understanding of employee benefits and involves various administrative and analytical responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • More than 3 years of Client Services experience required.
  • Thorough knowledge of employee benefits insurance and self-funding.

  • Proficient in Ease, Employee Navigator, Selerix, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.
  • Ability to perform duties in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of critical thinking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Professional telephone skills and etiquette.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Maintain a valid Life and Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an assigned book of business in conjunction with other team members including a variety of clients.
  • Develop and deliver strategic planning and consulting services to clients, including the creation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and analysis of vendor responses.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cross-selling.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities for clients, including answering questions and issue resolution.
  • Audit all documents sent to the client for review or signature, including stop loss policy and plan documents.
  • Complete and audit all internal documents accurately and timely, such as commission sheets and coverage pages.
  • Assist with the formulation and execution of policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
  • Research and understand industry trends, product development, and government regulations.
  • Cultivate and sustain reliable working relationships with carriers and service providers.
  • Oversee issue resolution between the Client and Vendor Partners.
  • Conduct employee enrollment meetings as requested by the client.
  • Mentor and train junior-level staff.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed.
