About The Position

The Client Executive is responsible to develop and execute a business plan to generate new business revenue in addition to retaining client relationships by providing exceptional strategic guidance in partnership with the client service team. The mission is to continue to expand and strengthen the employee benefit sales team to promote further growth in the Indianapolis market in a manner that is consistent with the Hylant Core Values. This individual will need a Property & Casualty insurance license in good standing or ability to obtain a license.

Responsibilities

Become technically competent in employee benefits (mid-large group market)
Understanding and adoption of Hylant Sales Tools & Processes (Miller Heiman/CRM)
Develop a network of targets using Hubspot and other applicable tools. Timing and targets to be established within first 90 days of hire
Assist in identifying cross-sell, account rounding and potential new business opportunities within and between Employee Benefits and Commercial Lines
Sales Funnel to be maintained at 3x Annual Goal
Identify and participate in social, networking, charitable or other organizations that will advance the Hylant brand, and/or create additional contacts for you among COI's or key buying influencers
