Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 1 for Tampa General Hospital located in Tampa, FL. Tampa General Hospital is a private not-for-profit hospital and one of the most comprehensive medical facilities in West Central Florida serving a dozen counties with a population in excess of 4 million. As one of the largest hospitals in Florida, Tampa General is licensed for 982 beds, and with approximately 15,000 team members and providers, is one of the region’s largest employers. What You'll Do The Client Executive is a trusted advisor central to the client partnership and key to delivering results that meet client needs. Has direct accountability for operational excellence ‐ achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.

Requirements

  • Data analytics driven individual is a must
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills needed for developing trending reports, QBR's and nonthly meeting's
  • Knowledge of latest trends and innovations in the contracted service industry to drive client value
  • Strong strategic leadership skills
  • Great client relationship skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact from frontline to C-suite
  • Business development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clients
  • Financial and creative problem-solving acumen
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand healthcare business in the region
  • Develop process improvement plans and executing on tasks with sustainability
  • Develop rapport with customers while building partnership with our clients
  • Coordinate all unit initiatives to drive sales growth and track results
  • Maintain a high level of accountability for all managers and units
