Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable on video and skilled with digital tools
  • Passion for helping others and contributing to a greater mission
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Windows-based laptop/PC with webcam and reliable internet required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
  • Guide clients through tailored benefit options and enrollment
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent follow-up support
  • Provide professional, client-focused service throughout the process
  • Participate in mentorship, development programs, and team training
  • Build lasting client relationships while advancing your own career
