Requirements

  • Business or Marketing-related degree, preferred, or equivalent professional qualification or workforce experience.
  • Proficient use of Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing major projects or initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and a collaborative work style.
  • Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary, and as directed.
  • Open to direction and constructive feedback to achieve success in projects.
  • Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
  • Demonstrates commitment to high professional ethical standards.
  • Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 pm, as well as nights and weekends for potential events.

Responsibilities

  • Self-generate leads from home shows, community days, township events, personal contacts, social media posts, canvassing, project opportunities from previously quoted lead clients or existing open project opportunities greater than 365 days prior to contact.
  • Reexamine exterior leads by contacting potential clients by phone, email, and in person as directed by supervisors.
  • Meet with potential clients to accurately measure, price, and provide written contracts for their project(s) according to Company's set pricing.
  • Properly complete dispositions for each potential lead with notes and information into project systems required by the Company.
  • Lead set up, break down, staffing, and scheduling appointments at events, community days, and home shows as requested by the Company.
  • Foster vital relationships between sales and production by increasing communication between departments
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Operate safely in all conditions.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Follow Company policies and procedures.
