Position Overview The Client Engagement Specialist serves as the first point of contact for internet inquiries, inbound calls, and CRM-driven opportunities. The ideal candidate understands that every interaction reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand and is committed to delivering a refined, responsive, and professional client experience. This individual will proactively manage digital leads, engage prior customers, execute targeted outreach campaigns, and support the sales team through appointment setting and pipeline development.
