About The Position

Guerra Wealth Advisors is seeking a mature, experienced Client Engagement & Referral Manager to join our established team of retirement planning experts. This position focuses on relationship enhancement and strategic growth, fostering client and prospect relationships through the collection of testimonials, feedback, referrals, and reviews. The Client Engagement & Referral Manager will drive engagement, receive quality leads, and qualify opportunities through various interaction funnels while maintaining a sharp in-person and phone presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of financial services experience (banking, insurance, investments, or financial planning)
  • Proven client relationship management and face-to-face interaction skills
  • Sales or business development background with a track record of building trust and generating referrals
  • Professional maturity and the confidence that comes with industry experience
  • Natural ability to ask for feedback, testimonials, and referrals in a consultative manner
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with relationship management responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and technology platforms
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to ethical practices and client-first approach

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings to gather testimonials and feedback
  • Perform quality assurance surveys to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Handle incoming client service inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Proactively identify and cultivate referral opportunities from satisfied clients
  • Coordinate and execute follow-up strategies for all client referrals
  • Support marketing events through client outreach and pre-qualification
  • Assist in expanding our community presence through relationship building
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client interaction notes
  • Support prospect management and lead qualification processes
  • Collaborate with advisory team on client communication strategies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and industry education
