About The Position

Solutionreach is hiring a Client Engagement Receptionist. This role will answer phone calls, direct, and create cancel requests for all members of the client engagement team. Routinely meet with cross-functional leaders from all departments to document, follow up and execute recurring processes and projects. This role is local to Lehi, Utah.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a clerical or sales environment.
  • Experience in dispute resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail with accurate reporting.
  • Ability to complete projects within timeframe window.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous knowledge of Salesforce is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Create cancel requests for all members of the client engagement team.
  • Meet with cross-functional leaders to document and execute recurring processes and projects.
  • Use CRM database to review requests and determine account status.
  • Manage, create, edit, and verify daily reports.
  • Process large account cancels or saves.
  • Coordinate with third party vendors.
  • Communicate changes, progress, and accomplishments of ongoing programs.
