About The Position

This role is central to ensuring clients successfully adopt and maximize the value of a cutting-edge digital platform. The Client Enablement Manager leads structured onboarding, tailored training, and adoption initiatives, partnering closely with clients to transform workflows and drive measurable outcomes. This role operates at the intersection of client engagement, technical enablement, and change management, providing guidance across multiple practice areas. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience, identify improvement opportunities, and accelerate client adoption. The position combines strategic insight with hands-on implementation and offers the chance to impact client success directly in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in tax, tax technology, client enablement, or transformation-focused roles within public accounting or in-house tax departments
  • Proven track record leading onboarding, workflow transformation, or process improvement initiatives in tax environments
  • Experience with tax e-filing platforms, tax automation tools, or tax compliance software
  • Strong understanding of complex tax workflows, especially K-1 reporting or 990 filings
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines
  • Client-first mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Analytical skills to derive insights from usage data, client feedback, and system trends to inform strategy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using K1x products (K1Aggregator or 990 Tracker) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding from kickoff to go-live, tailoring plans to each client’s business structure, workflows, and resources
  • Deliver targeted training sessions to functional user groups, building internal champions and self-sufficiency
  • Design and execute adoption plans, monitor usage trends, and identify high-impact workflows to accelerate time to value
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for workflow transformation, team structuring, and internal enablement best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Support to relay feedback, address adoption gaps, and drive client success
  • Partner with executive sponsors to define success metrics and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop enablement materials, playbooks, and documentation to support long-term adoption and client transformation
