The Manager, Client Digital Implementations is highly detailed oriented; motivated self-starter; has excellent organizational skills and passion for excellence, team building and values innovation and success. While this role is a non-development role, he/she should have effective problem-solving skills and have sound understanding of system landscapes. He/she is capable to roll up their sleeves to investigate issues and identify solutions as needed. They will also, develop in-depth knowledge of business requests, priorities, and impacts to be able to effectively manage the team. This person should be self-motivated and able to learn quickly to adapt to the fast-paced work environment. The Manager, Client Digital Implementations will also handle the release management process, and is responsible for approving application deployments and ensuring change control process is followed with high quality.
