About The Position

United Wholesale Mortgage, the #1 Mortgage lender in the country, is looking to add to our award winning Success Track training team. As a Success Track trainer you would be training our external mortgage broker partners on everything UWM related with a special focus on growing their business. Our Success Track Trainers facilitate training in person on our phenomenal campus in Pontiac, Michigan. Many of our clients rely on Success Track for their initial trainings for new loan officers and processors so they can strategically grow their business. Our trainers are expected to become experts across all classes offered to our clients. The ideal candidate has a mastery of training principles, knowledge of sales, loan programs, a passion for learning, helping our clients, and the ability to execute quickly while balancing multiple tasks in a fast paced family fun environment.

Requirements

• Trainer / Teacher in the past 5-years
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to speak/present in person for 60 – 300 mortgage professionals
• Previous mortgage experience preferred, but not required
• Great communication and team building skills
• Above and beyond client service attitude
• Ability to learn content at an accelerated pace
• Open and accepting of constructive feedback
• Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High School Diploma
• Onsite attendance is required

Responsibilities

• Teach and educate UWM Clients onsite and in-person
• Tour clients through our campus
• Create, design, build, and deliver specific training class content
• Work daily in a fast paced, high sense of urgency workplace
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting and leadership throughout UWM to develop and refine content
