About The Position

As a Client Development Specialist, your priority is retaining prospective and existing clients into our All In program. You will guide intended parents from their first point of contact with ConceiveAbilities through to their decision to move forward, creating a thoughtful and engaging experience every step of the way. This role requires someone who can quickly build trust, adapt their communication style to meet each client’s unique needs, and navigate decision-making dynamics with confidence and empathy. You’ll ask insightful questions, demonstrate deep knowledge of our services, and use sound judgment to proactively move conversations toward commitment. As the first impression of ConceiveAbilities, you’ll represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and clarity. Your ability to manage client relationships with tact, responsiveness, and adaptability will be key to your success—and theirs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience within Sales and/or Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience closing sales; nurturing opportunities and driving growth in a service-focused environment
  • Experience with customer journey mapping toward customer acquisition
  • Experience in sales operations and/or marketing analytics is a plus
  • Experience and fluency with digital and CRM work environments, specifically Salesforce, Google Workspace, RingCentral and Trello, and DocuSign
  • Previous experience within the women’s health, fertility or surrogacy/egg donation market a major plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute retainers with qualified clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the Company’s services
  • Lead educational consultations with intended parents to outline the agency’s services and answer questions with confidence and care
  • Proactively build and sustain clear, supportive communication with intended parents as they navigate the initial steps of their family-building journey
  • Ask thoughtful, strategic questions to uncover each client’s needs and goals—using that insight to guide conversations toward successful closure
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the company’s unique differentiators, staying current on all services, pricing, and competitive offerings
  • Maintain a strong understanding of fertility clinics and related professionals in the surrogacy industry to offer intended parents a well-rounded and informed perspective
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to ensure client-facing materials and tools are accurate, effective, and aligned with current messaging
