Requirements

Customer service or client-facing experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate and organized digital records
Deliver high-quality follow-up and client-first communication
Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions
Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and service
