About The Position

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services partners with entrepreneurs and growing organizations to streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management solutions. Our focus on reliability, efficiency, and scalable growth allows our clients to operate at a higher level. We are currently looking for a client development representative to join our growing sales team. You’ll support new business growth by engaging in prospective clients, building relationships, and guiding opportunities thorugh the initial phases of the sales process. In this role: Serve as a key link between potential clients and Virtualite’s service solutions Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and challenges Educate prospects on Virtualite’s service offerings and value proposition Qualify opportunities and schedule follow-up conversations with senior sales team members Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems Support pipeline development and ongoing sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development, client development, or business development roles preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and ask effective discovery questions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple conversations
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
