The Client Development Manager will be responsible for leading a dedicated team focused on developing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth within our warehousing and transportation-based clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of client development professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans for target customers, identifying and prioritizing clients based on growth potential and potential service expansion.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion within existing clients and develop strategies to attract new clients in the warehousing and transportation sectors.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular reports and feedback to upper management.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and client needs.
  • Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client experiences and integrated service offerings.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline required.
  • Masters Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in client development, account management, sales, or operations - ideally in the warehousing and transportation sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with strong motivational and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
