We’re seeking a Client Development Leader who thrives on building meaningful relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving strategic growth. The Client Development Leader is responsible for developing and executing the annual strategic sales plan for their Area, aligning with Verdantas’ overall growth objectives. This role focuses on expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating across departments to deliver integrated solutions. In this role, you'll develop and execute an annual strategic sales plan for the Area to grow revenue in alignment with defined growth target markets, including identifying and pursuing new clients and diversifying our services with existing clients. Work closely with Area Market Sector Leads to develop/deliver on Area sales strategy/execution. Consult with Division and Department Leads to provide the required support for pre-positioning and winning opportunities with existing clients. Engage in Go/No-Go for pursuits with Matrix of Authority (MOA) triggers and following Area-specific processes. Track Area trends, opportunities, competitors, and challenges for sales, and supervise outreach and sales activities.
