About The Position

We currently have a career opportunity for the Client Delivery Lead role to join our BFSI team. This is a hybrid role with expectation to be onsite at client for 2-3 days in a week and will require travel. Location is Saint Louis, MO. The Client Delivery Lead will have complete responsibility for execution of AI-led delivery on all projects for a given client. To have success in this role, one needs to be passionate about leading complex technology implementations for our Banking, Financial Services and Insurance clients. Our delivery portfolio spans from short-term T&M projects to multi-year programs on various technologies. In this role, one is accountable for coordinating with multiple technology and global teams to have delivery excellence on the projects. You will coordinate closely with client stakeholders to ensure alignment on the delivery objectives, outcomes and manage progress. You will also partner with Client Executives and sales teams to ensure profitable deliveries.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of consulting industry experience, with strong delivery, relationship management, account management, and sales support experience.
  • Experience in supporting Financial Services and Insurance clients/projects.
  • Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects.
  • Hands on with project documentation.
  • Well-versed in industry best-practices and current technologies.
  • Experience in driving process improvements and delivery excellence.
  • Experience with governance, operational and execution strategies.
  • Must have prior background in managing large, multi-team engagements.
  • Experience with Global Delivery Model is must.
  • Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall client delivery.
  • Responsible for managing client expectations, relationships and escalations.
  • Coordinates delivery across multiple teams and projects for client(s).
  • Responsible for overall sourcing, staffing of the projects for assigned client(s).
  • Responsible for overall budget and margins on the projects.
  • Partners closely with internal Perficient service/technology owners for resourcing.
  • Oversees the progress, risks and issues with execution teams, clients and stakeholders.
  • Acts as primary contact for the client on any service delivery aspects of the engagement, focused on building strong customer relationships.
  • Facilitate a collaborative, open and transparent environment.
  • Proactively communicates with clients and key stakeholders.
