Requirements

Responsibilities

• Facilitate connections between clients and experts through the NewtonX marketplace.
• Understand the granular needs of clients and help them design their knowledge requests.
• Assess the specific knowledge of requests and onboard clients to the platform.
• Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with clients and experts across various sectors and geographies.
• Learn about new technologies and industries, and find ways to codify requests into NewtonX's knowledge graph.
• Mentor and share knowledge with team members.
