About The Position

Key Responsibilities Participate in the development of project planning, coordination and implementation. Analyzes Organization’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to improve or automate processes and functions, specifically to drive success and satisfaction for Health Plan Clients. Identifies, analyzes, documents, and improves existing business processes. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance project performance and customer satisfaction. Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. Help investigate internal & external queries with regard to client requirements. Strong documentation skills; assist with Business Requirement Document development. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills. Prepare schedules and produce monthly/quarterly reports. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way. Able to communicate with professionalism at all levels of management and company personnel in both technical and non-technical terms. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Able to work independently and take initiative, make recommendations and decisions in collaboration with supervisors and analysts. Able to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks. Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines. Able to adapt to changing priorities and think creatively. Strong attention to detail and record-keeping, balanced with the ability to think strategically. A team player. Strong work ethic. Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, other federal, state, and local standards, and company attendance policies and procedures. Compliance with all personnel policies and procedures. Perform additional duties and related essential duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong documentation skills
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with health care operations, provider data, and claims data preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years health care industry experience.
