Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Client Coordinator to work with clients, patients, and active caregivers to identify open shifts, availability, and coordinate schedules. As a Client Coordinator, you will be making a difference in the lives of your fellow team members, our caregivers, our patients, and our clients. You will build relationships with Maxim clients and active caregivers to understand their scheduling needs, requirements, and preferences. You will coordinate and confirm schedules with clients and active caregivers, record caregivers' correspondence, needs, availability, and schedules in the system of record, and ensure all placements adhere to applicable compliance and contract requirements. Additionally, you will partner with the Business Development Manager, Clinicians, Recruiters, and Field Support staff to debrief on staffing shortages, client satisfaction, and business development opportunities.
