The Client Coordinator sits within Semafor’s Revenue Operations team and plays a central role in supporting sales, client partnerships, and integrated program delivery. This role is the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Program Management, Events, and Ad Operations — helping translate client goals into thoughtful proposals, ensuring smooth handoffs from pre-sale to execution, and supporting high-touch, white-glove client experiences across Semafor’s media and convening platforms. This is an ideal role for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is excited to learn the business end-to-end and grow into account management, client strategy, or revenue operations over time.
