As our Client Coordinator on the Business Insurance team, you'll provide assistance to client service team members in the billing and processing of all new and renewal clients. You'll be asked to assist with application assembly, loss runs, and summaries during the pre-renewal process. You'll also work closely with the sales and service team to prepare proposals, renewal premium comparisons, and presentation materials. Finally, we'll rely on you to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiencies or consistencies and determine strategies for implementing process improvement into the team.
