About the position

As our Client Coordinator on the Business Insurance team, you'll provide assistance to client service team members in the billing and processing of all new and renewal clients. You'll be asked to assist with application assembly, loss runs, and summaries during the pre-renewal process. You'll also work closely with the sales and service team to prepare proposals, renewal premium comparisons, and presentation materials. Finally, we'll rely on you to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiencies or consistencies and determine strategies for implementing process improvement into the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist client service team members in billing and processing of new and renewal clients.
  • Assist with application assembly, loss runs, and summaries during the pre-renewal process.
  • Work closely with the sales and service team to prepare proposals, renewal premium comparisons, and presentation materials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and determine strategies for implementation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues, and clients.
  • Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty (required within your first 3 months).
