As a Representative, you will work directly with customers and sales representatives to answer questions, fulfill service requests and advise on insurance coverage and pricing options. We are looking for someone with effective and energetic phone skills, problem solving and prioritizing skills, combined with a genuine desire to help others and create an exceptional customer experience. An insurance background is not required - we provide excellent training! You will go through a 6-8 week classroom training program that begins on Monday, January 26th 2026. The hours during training are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Client Contact Center Representative pay range is $24.40 - $33.00. Starting salary will be $24.40.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a two-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience and excellent skills in customer service and phone communications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong keyboarding skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
