The VCA team is looking for an Analyst to join our consulting practice and play a role in developing high impact projects for Visa’s clients in the North America region. The potential candidate will be responsible for structuring, delivering and implementing projects and solutions with Fintech & Digital Partnerships clients. Potential engagements include payments strategy, benchmarking analysis, product development and launch, customer lifecycle analytics (acquisition, engagement, retention), customer segmentation and profiling, risk optimization, loyalty growth, propensity modeling and geospatial insights to name a few. Specific responsibilities include: Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients. Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance. Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry. Support the development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique client scenarios and needs. Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement. Incumbents applying for the role should be self-motivated, highly accountable and energized, detail-oriented individuals. Candidates must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with internal and external clients and across the Visa organization. This is an individual contributor role, reporting into a Director within VCA. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
