Role Overview The Client Consultant Specialist is a revenue driving role focused on consultation quality, client experience, retention, and relationship building. This position is not administrative. It is a consultative sales role that requires strong closing ability, follow up discipline, and a deep understanding of how to guide clients into the right long term treatment plan. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand treatment options, memberships, injectables, and wellness programs while ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in their decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong background in direct sales with measurable performance results
  • Proven ability to build trust quickly and guide clients toward long term plans
  • Excellent follow up habits and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable handling objections and closing higher value packages
  • Professional presence, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills
  • Minimum two years in a target driven sales environment
  • Minimum two years in customer facing service or consultative sales

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a med spa, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness environment strongly preferred
  • Med spa, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness industry exposure
  • Experience selling memberships, packages, or recurring programs

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in person and virtual consultations focused on solution based selling
  • Build strong client relationships that drive loyalty, referrals, and retention
  • Present memberships, treatment plans, and packages with clarity and confidence
  • Maintain consistent follow up with prospects and existing clients
  • Track leads, conversions, and retention activity in company systems
  • Collaborate with clinical and management teams to maximize client outcomes
  • Participate in events, promotions, and outreach initiatives that drive growth
