About The Position

As a Client Concierge at All About Me , you will be responsible for creating GOLD-level experiences for all patients by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with scheduling, answering inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. You will be the face of the practice, greeting patients, processing payments, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. This position reports to the Practice Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a medical front office preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedication to high quality patient care
  • Detail oriented, reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and office systems is a plus; Zenoti experience would be a bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Be the “face” of our practice: Greet patients with a warm smile and a friendly attitude to set the tone for their experience.
  • Be a scheduling superstar: Manage and adjust patient appointments with efficiency and care, ensuring seamless service.
  • Be the voice of our practice: Answer incoming calls, assist with patient inquiries, and direct them to the right team members.
  • Be the financial guru: Process payments accurately and help patients understand their billing with confidence.
  • Keep things fresh and fabulous: Maintain a clean and organized lobby, break room, and product areas to ensure a professional environment.
  • Be a team player: Assist in flipping and cleaning rooms between patient visits as needed.
  • Support like a pro: Help the Practice Manager with administrative duties and keep things running smoothly.
  • Make every patient’s day GOLD: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Be a rule follower (in the best way): Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
