Candidates should be adept at managing their time efficiently and be capable of working collaboratively within a team. This role involves regular driving within Las Vegas and Henderson to fulfill various job requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in computer operations
• Smartphone (2 years old or newer)
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in property management or related fields
• Reliable transportation to the office (company vehicle provided for daily tasks)
• Valid driver's license (must provide driving record history from DMV upon hire)
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Install and remove real estate signs
• Distribute property flyers
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Install and remove lockboxes
• Arrange and remove staging items
• Run various errands
• Handle post office and mailing tasks
• Document property conditions through photography
• Organize and keep the storage unit neat
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Participate in weekly 1-on-1 sessions with a supervisor
• Perform light data entry tasks
• Coordinate schedules and calendars
• Accurately track hours worked on a daily basis
• Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and activities daily
