About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to own and optimize all of our texting communications with clients and prospects. From appointment reminders and event invites to lead follow-up and value-driven updates, this person will be the voice behind our SMS channel—helping us stay connected, responsive, and relevant.
