As a Customer Service Representative on the Private Client Services Client Care Team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will support a large book of business for our entry-level affluent clientele. This hybrid position is based in the Eastern Time Zone or Pacific Time Zone. You will work alongside tenured colleagues to gain experience and skill sets for professional growth. Your responsibilities will include reviewing client exposures, risk tolerance, loss experience, and current coverages, and recommending appropriate products and services. You will provide day-to-day client service by responding to client questions and issues via Zoom, phone, or team email, ensuring availability to answer incoming calls during designated time frames. You will also create and present renewal comparisons to existing clients and conduct annual interactive reviews upon request. Additionally, you will be accountable for client retention through exceptional service and responsible for expanding client programs where needed.
