About The Role: As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll be a trusted guide for homebuyers and sellers as they move through the real estate side of their journey. You’ll educate clients on real estate services, serve as their main point of contact for agent-related needs, and make sure they feel supported every step of the way. While the loan team focuses on mortgage details, you’ll focus on relationships, communication, and delivering an outstanding client experience. This role is fast-paced, people-focused, and incredibly rewarding if you love helping others navigate big life moments. Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing: Connecting with clients throughout the home buying and selling process, acting as their advisor, advocate, and transaction support partner. Serving as a liaison between real estate agents, loan officers, and clients to ensure everyone stays aligned and informed. Following up with active homebuyers and agents to confirm needs are met and service expectations are exceeded. Staying current on department goals and actively contributing to improved conversion outcomes. Building long-term relationships through thoughtful follow-up and ongoing engagement tailored to each client’s timeline. Pitching in wherever needed to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture. About You: You bring a dedicated work ethic and take pride in delivering quality results.
