About The Position
As a Client Care Specialist (CCS) at Angell West, Waltham, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and our veterinary team ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience from start to finish. You’ll be: Greeting and checking in clients with warmth and professionalism Scheduling appointments and managing discharge processes Supporting emergency visit coordination with calm and efficiency Acting as a key liaison between pet owners and medical staff Driving a shuttle to our Boston location.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm in high-energy settings
- A passion for helping animals and their people
