About The Position

Health Pointe Veterinary Clinic is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Care Specialist (Receptionist) to join our growing team! Our hospital is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, outstanding customer service, and creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors. We take pride in maintaining a supportive, family-like environment where team members help one another and treat each other with respect. We are fortunate to work with a wide variety of patients, including exotic pets. Requirements

  • Veterinary medicine knowledge is preferred
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask efficiently (checking in clients, answering phones, monitoring texting software and email)
  • Excellent communication and client education skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to assist in different areas of the hospital when needed
  • Team-oriented with a positive, supportive attitude
