Ensuring Continuity of Care: Step in to cover open client shifts as needed, ensuring reliability and seamless transitions for clients. Empowering Caregivers: Train and mentor new caregivers directly in clients' homes, setting them up for success. Collaborating Effectively: Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors to ensure a thriving team environment. Requirements

• Must have an HHA or STNA certification (expired STNA is ok)
• At least 1 year of healthcare or home health experience is preferred
• A valid Ohio Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Has proven experience as an HHA or STNA.
• Can work flexible shifts between 8am and 6pm Monday – Friday and occasional weekends if needed.
• Communicates clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.
• Excels in customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment, quickly building rapport with clients and caregivers.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and works collaboratively to meet agency needs.
