Responsibilities

• Answer multiple phone lines
• Greet clients
• Check clients in/out
• Schedule appointments
• Create simple estimates
• General cleaning of department
• Print forms & brochures
• Take prescription requests and messages
• Triage emergencies
• Follow-up calls from previous days routine appointments
• Answer questions and problem solve for clients
• Discuss various specials, recommendations & services with clients
• End of day closing
• Payment handling
• Communicate with all departments and personnel
• Make and utilize puppy/kitten and new client packs
• Scan forms into medical record
• Notating all client communication
• Respond to emails and text messages
• Client education
