About The Position
The CCS I will work as a part of the clinic team to ensure that patients receive the best possible customer service. This role involves answering incoming phone calls, checking in/out patients, handling money transactions based on patient balance, and assisting patients as needed. The position requires performing various opening and closing procedures to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for patients.
