Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Schedule appointments for HVAC services and follow up with clients as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
Provide information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with our services.
Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely service delivery.
Promote special offers and new services to enhance customer engagement.
Continuously improve knowledge of HVAC systems and company offerings.
