About The Position

Standley Systems’ Client Care Representative oversees all aspects of customer satisfaction. This position will include answering incoming calls and live chats and communicating directly with customers and Service Technicians regarding their service calls, supply orders, and general inquiries. This position will report to the Client Care Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and live chats
  • Provide basic information pertaining to contracts and AR
  • Call to obtain and enter meter readings
  • Process supply orders
  • Log service calls
  • Process online service calls
  • Take and process credit card payments
  • Proactively monitor service calls for all technicians regarding response time, travel time, and distance
  • Communicate with Field Service Managers as needed to insure timely completion of all service calls
  • Review all completed service calls for accuracy including parts, timeliness, travel, and labor
  • Communicates with all 3rd party contractors on call scheduling and service call closings
