At Mast Roofing & Construction, we help homeowners by keeping a safe roof over their head and walking them through what it takes to keep their home's exterior looking great. Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls
• Following a script when asking questions to make sure we get all the information we need
• Entering information into our CRM
• Scheduling clients for service calls and estimates
• Making outbound calls to confirm appointments
• Greeting people that stop by the office (clients, deliveries, etc.)
