Requirements

• Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred.
• High school diploma.
• Developing personal relationships.
• Time management skills.
• Exemplary communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads, respond promptly to inquiries, and follow up to convert prospects into clients.
• Completing home assessments & personalized care plans for new clients.
• Communicating regularly with clients and their families and build strong relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Match caregivers to clients, provide support and guidance, and ensure quality of care is upheld.
• Collaborate on scheduling, monitor client care and proactively address concerns, resolve issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
