About The Position
The Client Care Coordinator's primary role is to provide clients general assistance related to Optimum Wellness Plans, services, billing, and web support via telephony and electronic communication. This position may require working weekends. The role is remote and based out of the Banfield Pet Hospital headquarters in Vancouver, WA, with a starting pay rate of $18/hour and opportunities for merit increases (salary range: $17.64 - $24.25/hour).
