About The Position

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall client experience as well as direct supervision of staff, including maintaining schedules and developing staff skills through training.

  • 2-5 Years of leadership experience in a healthcare environment

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and model company culture and values safety, common beliefs, and a culture of feedback
  • Maintain appropriate records for new and existing staff
  • Facilitate New Employee Orientation as needed
  • Oversee and assist in Payroll Administration by accurately approving and processing bi-weekly payroll for all staff within the assigned region
  • Oversee and manage ongoing reports within the scheduling software
  • Support A/R follow-up
  • Oversee Schedule/Staffing: create, maintain, and manage staff schedules utilizing scheduling software
  • Maintain all appropriate records of training for new and existing staff; ensure all new hires enroll in Relias, receive their learning plans, and complete all State regulatory training by mandatory deadlines
  • Ensure monthly check-ins with all staff are completed
  • Evaluate staff and make hiring or termination recommendations; manage and motivate staff to provide quality service
  • Identify and recommend levels of care and ancillary services as needed
  • Drive revenue opportunities
  • Manage expenses
  • Contribute to leadership meetings by running recurring data reports and analyzing results to inform operational strategies and improve business outcomes for the assigned region
  • Travel as needed to complete client evaluations and/or care conferences
  • Develop and maintain client care plans
  • Assist with coverage for personal care in private homes
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
