About The Position

The Client Care Coordinator at Comfort Keepers is responsible for expanding the company's reach in a new franchised area, focusing on building relationships and promoting the brand to achieve revenue objectives in NE Tarrant County and Denton County. This role involves managing accounts, overseeing care, and serving as the primary point of contact for families and clients. The Coordinator will also work closely with the Sales Manager to generate leads and referrals through networking within the senior community and various healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Two-year associate's degree in Communications/General Business or Health Sciences (License in healthcare preferred - LVN/LPN).
  • Previous experience as a caregiver with certification (CNA, PCT, CMA, or HHA).
  • Five years of measurable success in case management, preferably in healthcare marketing or business development.
  • At least one year of professional experience in healthcare services.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with others and communicate professionally.
  • Geographic tie to NW Tarrant County or Denton County with existing relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketing, PR, or business development in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build awareness and manage accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Oversee care and serve as the point of contact for families and clients.
  • Field calls and inquiries from clients and families.
  • Generate leads and referrals through networking with key physician groups, hospice agencies, and facilities.
  • Conduct a dozen meetings per week with various referral sources.
  • Report actions and results regularly, discussing successes and opportunities.
  • Perform all phases of sales activities, including introductory calls, follow-up calls, and analysis of client needs.
  • Establish and actively use a networking plan as a working tool.
  • Track all activity in a CRM system.
  • Participate in regular meetings among healthcare professionals and support groups.
