As the Client Benefits Specialist with 4myBenefits, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and various internal departments within the company and provide ongoing service delivery to support client requirements and needs. Other responsibilities include: Serve as the first-level system support for assigned clients and communicate with customers daily via phone, email, and web conferencing. Perform system configuration and testing to meet client requirements for projects and annual enrollment. Administer the benefits administration system accurately and timely. Work in a team-based environment to ensure processes are implemented properly. Work directly with multiple internal and external teams and contacts including Account Management and EDI teams, clients, and carriers. Training clients to use the 4myBenefits systems. Maintaining and updating client profiles using SalesForce. Support ACA processing.
