Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
- Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
- Maintain organized digital records of client interactions
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team development calls
- Build positive relationships that support long-term client satisfaction
