About The Position
As the Client Aviation Director, you'll be the go-to person for our valued clients & client representatives, helping them navigate their private aviation needs with ease. You'll work closely with flight operations, maintenance teams, and sales to ensure every trip is perfectly planned and executed, all while adhering to industry regulations and safety standards. Your role is all about building strong relationships, understanding each client's unique preferences, anticipating their needs, and making sure they feel well taken care of every step of the way. We're looking for someone who's personable, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who can balance client satisfaction with aviation operations, while also ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations and safety requirements.
