Wells Fargo is seeking a Client Associate in Wealth and Investment Management to support Financial Advisors by providing exceptional service and operational assistance. This role involves direct client interaction, managing account-related requests, and executing various administrative functions to enhance client relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Assist Financial Advisor(s) with service and operational activities, including client communication via telephone, direct interaction, and written correspondence.
  • Facilitate requests for account-related information and quotes from Financial Advisors and clients.
  • Schedule and prepare for appointments with new or prospective clients.
  • Establish and service client accounts, prepare necessary forms, and research account inquiries or issues.
  • Enter security order tickets after approval from Financial Advisor(s).
  • Execute administrative functions for Financial Advisor(s) and Branch Management, including tracking referrals and assisting with marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain filing and record-keeping systems to support client service efforts.
  • Act as a liaison for referral sources by reviewing paperwork for completeness and forwarding it to management.
  • 2+ years of Brokerage and Client Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Brokerage client support experience or financial services industry experience.
  • Administrative support experience in financial services.
  • Experience interacting directly with customers.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Client service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.
