In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the employee benefits sector, learning the business and developing the skills to make independent client-related decisions. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll support account teams in delivering exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients. You’ll learn the employee benefits Client Service Cycle, ensuring a seamless renewal process and helping retain business. By familiarizing yourself with Gallagher’s resources and professional standards, you’ll improve efficiency and quality in client deliverables. You’ll assist with preparing RFPs, coordinating vendor responses, and creating client presentations. Through hands-on learning, you’ll observe open enrollment meetings, participate in client calls, and maintain accurate records in the Document Management System (DMS).

Requirements

  • A high school diploma/equivalent and 1+ year of directly applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage your time wisely.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to support your team.
  • Interest in building knowledge of Gallagher tools, systems, and shared resources.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree; no experience required.
