About The Position

Answering basic inquiries and resolving routine problems regarding products and services via calls, email or internet chat. Conducting periodic and regular surveys of clients to determine satisfaction and opportunities to advise on other products and services. Performing contract administration support and resolving contract related issues. Developing new prospects, establishing clients, and finding opportunity to introduce RBC's products and services.
