About The Position

We're looking for a Client Associate to: • Keep client management systems up to date with accurate and confidential information • Prepare reports, account statements, andanized materials for client meetings • Draft clear and concise executive summaries following client meetings • Collect and process documentation for new accounts and service requests • Assist with marketing initiatives,munications, and maintaining marketing materials • Support meeting preparation, follow-ups, and ongoing client service needs • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to allow the advisor to focus on client relationships and business development You'll be working on a wealth management team in Louisville, KY. We help high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals by providing services specifically designed for them.

Requirements

  • Ideally experience in client service, preferably within financial services or a professional services environment
  • Strong written and verbalmunication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellentanizational skills
  • Professional, pleasant demeanor with amitment to exceptional service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, desire to gain industry designations preferred
