Join Corporate Banking, New York - as our new Client Associate [CA] providing support coverage to the Norwegian and Finnish LC&I Portfolio in North America. Be a part of setting the bar for sales growth, structure, knowledge sharing, use of data and focused business development / optimization. We add value by creating great customer experiences through our relationship strategy and a deep understanding of our customer's businesses and the markets they operate in. As the Client Associate, you will play a vital role in creating trustworthy and profitable partnerships with our customers.

  • Efficiently facilitate and support relationships between the local Client Executive [CE] / customer senior decision makers, HQ stakeholders, and different NY branch stakeholders teams.
  • Support and co-create profitable income growth of Norwegian and Finnish customer portfolios in North America.
  • Maintain close relations with Norwegian and Finnish MCRUs and Team leaders for Sales coordination.
  • Support sales of various credit products, Cash Management Products, markets products, Deposits / MMLs, and more.
  • Collaborate with Cash Management Advisors to cross-sell Cash Management products and services.
  • Conduct diligent reviews of documentation to ensure adherence to allocated terms from HQ/MCRUs.
  • Obtain approvals for local credit processes.
  • Prepare reports and assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure high standards and quality of production of the team through standardized processes, CRM, and OneNote use.
  • Support Broker Dealer operations.
  • 2+ years of relevant banking experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong English skills both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to speak Norwegian is highly preferred (alternatively Finnish), but not a requirement.
  • Prioritize customer needs and excellent service; building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Salary Range: USD $85,000 - $140,000
